We want you to love your purchase from Giota’s Boutique. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • With all original tags and packaging attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is received safely.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please fill out the Return Form located on our main homepage.
Once your request is submitted, our team will respond with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
